These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and 99b99. 99b99 reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify compliance with these requirements, including a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport), proof of address, and, where necessary, additional documents for financial verification.

The identity verification process — known as KYC (Know Your Customer) — is a requirement at 99b99, in place to protect users and to comply with industry best practices. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal limits applied until verification is complete.

Each user may hold only one account on 99b99, linked to their CPF. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and, when identified, all extra accounts will be closed. Balances on duplicate accounts may be held while the situation is investigated.

99b99 may close or suspend an account at any time if any of the following are identified:

• Violations of these Terms and Conditions;

• Use of unauthorized software or bots for automated betting;
• Collusion in poker games or match manipulation;
• Any behavior that harms other users or the integrity of the platform.

99b99 accepts only payment methods linked to bank accounts or digital wallets registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits, business accounts used for personal purposes, and payment methods not associated with the registered user's CPF are not accepted.

The deposit methods accepted by 99b99 are:

• Boleto bancário — processed within 1 business day after clearing;
• Credit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo;

• TED Transfer — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other banks.

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, but individual limits may be applied based on the user's profile and 99b99's anti-fraud policies. All amounts are processed in Brazilian Reais (R$) — there is no currency conversion at any stage.

99b99 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or card provider are solely the user's responsibility and are not under the platform's control.

Withdrawals at 99b99 are processed exclusively via Pix, to the key registered in the account holder's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted, whether by Pix, bank transfer, or any other method.

The standard processing time for Pix withdrawals is up to 15 minutes, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week — including weekends and national holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00.

Before processing a withdrawal, 99b99 may require the user to complete full identity verification (KYC). This includes submitting a government-issued ID and proof of address. This process exists to protect the user and is standard practice in the industry.

Situations that may delay or hold a withdrawal include:

• Account with pending identity verification;
• Bonus-derived balance not yet released in accordance with the promotion's terms;

99b99 offers pre-match and live betting across available sports. Odds are displayed in decimal format and reflect the total return per R$ 1.00 wagered, including the original stake. Odds are dynamic and may change up until the bet is confirmed.

General rules applicable to all Sports Betting at 99b99:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours, bets are refunded at odds of 1.00 (the original stake is returned);
• Events postponed by less than 24 hours remain valid, unless otherwise indicated in the specific rules for that sport or market;
• In the event of a draw in sports where no draw market exists, the bet is settled according to the specific rules of the chosen market;
• 99b99 reserves the right to suspend markets or cancel bets in cases of obvious odds errors (odds clearly inconsistent with the market);
• In parlays containing a canceled event, that event will be removed from the slip with odds of 1.00, and the remainder of the slip stands.

Bet outcomes are determined based on official information from the governing bodies of each competition — CBF for Brazilian football, the Confederação Brasileira de Vôlei for the Superliga, NBB for basketball, UFC for MMA, and other internationally recognized organizations. In cases of dispute, 99b99's decision is final.

Casino games available at 99b99 — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, and live dealer games — use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). This ensures that all outcomes are entirely independent and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party.
