Our team gives real answers — no bots, no generic auto-replies.

A few useful things to know before you start: registration at 99b99 is free and takes under 2 minutes. The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 via Pix, with funds available in seconds. Pix withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes in most cases. The platform is exclusively for users aged 18 and over residing in Brazil. And all responsible gambling tools — deposit limits, voluntary pause, self-exclusion — are available free of charge in your account dashboard.

If you are a new player who just registered at 99b99, we recommend starting with the Registration & Account and Deposits & Pix questions — the two categories that cover your first steps on the platform. If you are already a player with a specific question, use the search bar to go straight to the topic.

Registration & Account

Go to the 99b99 registration page and complete three simple steps: personal details (full name, CPF, date of birth, mobile number with area code, and state), access credentials (email and password), and confirmation by accepting the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. The whole process takes under 2 minutes. Once you confirm your email, your account is active and ready for deposits and play.

None. Creating an account at 99b99 is completely free. There is no registration fee, monthly maintenance fee, or any charge for opening an account. You only move money when you choose to deposit and play — and the minimum deposit via Pix is R$ 10.00.

No. 99b99 allows only one account per CPF. Creating duplicate accounts violates the Terms and Conditions and may result in the permanent blocking of all accounts linked to the same CPF. If you have lost access to your existing account, use the password recovery option or contact support — do not create a new account.

99b99 is a platform exclusively for users aged 18 and over who reside in Brazil. Date of birth is verified during registration, and full identity verification with a valid ID (RG, CNH, or passport) is required before your first withdrawal. Accounts identified as belonging to minors are closed immediately.

On the login page, click "Forgot my password." Enter your registered email and you'll receive a secure reset link valid for 30 minutes. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact support via live chat or at contato@99b99.net with your full name and CPF.

No documents are required to sign up or make your first deposit. You can explore the platform and place bets as soon as the balance is in your account. Full identity verification (KYC — submission of a government-issued ID or passport and proof of address) is required before your first withdrawal is processed.

Changes to your email or phone number are handled by 99b99 support after identity verification — for security reasons, these details cannot be updated directly in your account panel without confirmation. Contact us via live chat or at contato@99b99.net with your full name and CPF to request the update.

Deposits & Pix

The minimum deposit at 99b99 is R$ 10.00 via Pix — one of the lowest entry points in the market, so you can get started without committing a large amount. There is no standard maximum, though individual limits may apply based on the account profile and any responsible gambling tools the user has set up.

Pix deposits at 99b99 are processed in seconds — your balance appears in your account almost instantly after the transfer is sent. Pix is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and national holidays. If the balance does not appear within 5 minutes, contact support with your Pix receipt on hand.

In addition to Pix, 99b99 accepts boleto bancário, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Elo), PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers from Brazil's major banks — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil. All payments are in BRL, with no currency conversion and no hidden platform fees.

No. All payment methods must be registered under the same CPF as your 99b99 account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in your balance and account being blocked. This is a security and anti-money laundering measure required by Brazilian regulations.

99b99 does not charge any platform deposit fee for any of the available methods. With boleto bancário, the issuing bank may apply its own fee — this varies by financial institution. Pix, debit card, PicPay, and Mercado Pago generally have no additional cost to the user.

To deposit via boleto, go to the deposit area in your 99b99 account, select boleto bancário, and enter the amount. The system generates a boleto that you can pay at any bank, banking app, lottery outlet, or internet banking portal. Processing takes 1 business day — unlike Pix, the balance does not appear instantly. For urgent deposits, use Pix.

Withdrawals

Pix withdrawals at 99b99 are processed within 15 minutes in most cases, available 24 hours a day including weekends and national holidays. During high-volume periods or when additional verification is needed, it may take a little longer. If more than 2 hours have passed without receiving your funds, contact support with your withdrawal order number.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 99b99 is R$ 30.00. Make sure your available balance meets this requirement before submitting a request. Balances from bonuses may have additional rollover requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal — check the terms of the specific promotion you used.

Yes. Before your first withdrawal, 99b99 requires full identity verification (KYC): submission of a photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and a recent proof of address (no older than 3 months). The Pix key used to receive the withdrawal must be registered under the same CPF as your account. Once your initial verification is approved, subsequent withdrawals generally do not require new documentation.

Withdrawals may be held for review for a few reasons: pending identity verification, an unmet bonus rollover requirement, a Pix key linked to a CPF different from the one on the account, or a preventive security review. 99b99 sends an email explaining the reason whenever a withdrawal is placed under review. For clarification, check your transaction history in your account or reach out to support.

The primary withdrawal method at 99b99 is Pix, given its speed and convenience. In specific cases, a TED transfer to a checking account may be available — contact support to check eligibility. In either case, the CPF of the bank account holder must match the CPF on the 99b99 account.

99b99 does not charge any withdrawal fees for Pix. The amount you request is the amount you receive. TED transfers may incur fees from the receiving financial institution, which are the user's responsibility. Check your bank's specific terms if you choose to use TED.

Sports Betting

99b99 offers betting on football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, World Cup, Premier League, and other leagues), volleyball, basketball (NBB and NBA), tennis, UFC and MMA, e-sports (CS, LoL, Valorant), Formula 1, and more. Brazilian football has especially comprehensive coverage, with a wide range of markets for top domestic and continental competitions.

Yes. Live betting at 99b99 lets you place bets on matches that are already underway, with odds updated in real time as the action unfolds. Available for football, volleyball, basketball, tennis, and other sports. The feature works on both mobile and desktop — no app download required.

A parlay (or accumulator) combines two or more games into a single bet slip. To win, every outcome must be correct. The upside is that the odds multiply — a pick that would return R$ 2.00 on its own could return R$ 8.00 or more when combined. The risk is that a single wrong result voids the entire slip. It's ideal for players looking to maximize returns with a smaller stake.

If a game is canceled or postponed beyond the timeframe set out in 99b99's rules (generally 24 to 48 hours), all related bets are refunded. For parlay bets, the canceled event is removed from the slip and the system recalculates the bet using the remaining events. Full details on cancellations are available in the platform's Terms and Conditions.

In general, confirmed bets cannot be canceled — this is standard practice in Sports Betting. In some cases where a pre-game bet was confirmed before the event started, 99b99 may offer a Cash Out option at a proportional value. Cash Out availability varies by market and game. Check the options available in your bet slip details.

The minimum Sports Betting stake at 99b99 is R$ 1.00 per ticket. This lets you try out different markets without risking a significant amount — especially useful if you're exploring the platform for the first time or testing a new strategy before scaling up your bets.

Casino & Games

99b99 offers a full selection of casino games: slots from top-tier providers, crash games like Aviator, a Live Casino with real dealers (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows), online poker (Texas Hold'em), table games, and more. The catalog is updated regularly with new provider launches and titles trending in the Brazilian market.

Crash games like Aviator work like this: you place a bet before the round starts. A multiplier begins at 1x and climbs — it can reach 10x, 50x, 100x, or higher. You decide when to click "Cash Out" to lock in your winnings up to that point. If the plane "flies away" (the game crashes) before you cash out, you lose the bet. The key is finding the right moment — not too early, not too late.

The 99b99 live casino features tables in Portuguese and other languages, depending on the provider and game. Roulette and blackjack tables with Portuguese-speaking dealers are available, especially during peak hours. The platform interface is fully in Brazilian Portuguese regardless of the dealer's language.

Yes. 99b99 offers Texas Hold'em poker tables for different skill levels, including low buy-in tables that are ideal for beginners. A good approach is to watch a few hands before jumping in, get comfortable with the basic Hold'em rules, and use the low-stake tables to practice. The system runs active anti-fraud monitoring across all tables to keep the game fair.

Yes. The slots available at 99b99 are provided by certified companies audited by independent bodies. The outcome of each spin is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) — ensuring every spin is independent and unpredictable, with no interference from the platform or the player. The RTP (return to player) for each game is disclosed in the title's own rules.

Yes. All 99b99 games — slots, crash games, live casino, and poker — run directly in your mobile browser (Android and iOS) with no app download required. The experience is optimized for smaller screens. For the live casino, we recommend a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or 4G/5G) to ensure high-definition video stream quality.

Responsible Gambling

Log in to your account, go to Settings in the profile menu, and navigate to the Responsible Gambling section. There you can set deposit limits by day, week, or month. The limit takes effect immediately after confirmation. To lower a limit, the change is instant. To raise an existing limit, you must wait 7 days — this asymmetry is intentional to protect you in moments of impulse.

Contact 99b99 support via live chat or at contato@99b99.net and request a voluntary pause. You can pause for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or up to 6 months. During the pause, access to your account is suspended — you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. No reason is required to make the request.

Permanent self-exclusion is the definitive closure of your 99b99 account, carried out upon request to support. Before the account is closed, any available balance is returned via Pix to the key linked to your CPF. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reactivated — this measure is permanent to protect those who make this decision seriously. If you need to proceed, reach out via live chat or at contato@99b99.net.

None. All of 99b99's responsible gambling tools — deposit limits, session limits, voluntary break, self-exclusion, and specialized support — are completely free for all users. There is no cost, fee, or balance deduction associated with using any of these tools.

Some warning signs worth paying attention to: betting more than you planned on a regular basis, chasing losses with more bets, using money from essential expenses (rent, food) to gamble, hiding how much time or money you spend on games, feeling irritable or anxious when you can't play. If you recognized two or more of these behaviors, consider activating the voluntary pause and talking to someone. CVV is available at 188, 24 hours a day, free of charge. More information on the Responsible Gambling.

Contact us immediately at contato@99b99.net with the subject line "Minor Protection", providing any available details (name, registered email, CPF if known). Our team handles these cases with the highest priority. The account will be closed, any remaining balance will be returned as applicable, and personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The entire process is handled with full discretion.
